Michael Pierson and Chris Eigel, principals of the prestigious Chicago-area real estate firm Prudential Rubloff Properties, were pleased to report that 2012 was a great year for the company with $2.25 billion in sales, representing a 30% increase in closed volume over 2011 sales and surpassing Koenig & Strey Real Living at $2 billion. Mother Nature was so nice as to give us a glimpse of summer this past week! Looking forward to the next few months, when we’ll consistently have beautiful weather, it’s time to get some summer activities on the calendar. Movies in the park is a great way to spend a pleasant summer evening. The Chicago Park District hosts these events in parks across the city almost every night from June into the beginning of September.
